Preparing for Your First Session at Body Kind
Your first session sets the tone. Here's how to arrive ready.
Before you come
- Avoid heavy meals for about an hour
- Hydrate well
- Wear comfortable clothes
What I provide
Disposable underwear, fresh towels, herbal tea before and after. You don't need to bring anything.
After your session
Drink water, move gently, and give yourself a quiet evening. The work continues for 24–48 hours after you leave the table.
